RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase at Penguin Taste Website. In case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Complaints

We always concern your complaint and feedback seriously. We are ready to help you. Any complaints or request for refund/exchange must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the products.

 

Return

All products must be return within 7 days from date received. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. Further compensation is not available.

 

Damaged item during shipment

The customer is responsible to check that they receive the products in good conditions upon delivery. If the product is found damaged upon receiving, the customer should immediately inform our support team at penguintaste@gmail.com. We will provide a replacement product as soon as possible after inspection.
